Baby Shower for Jill!

My daughter in law, Jill is expecting her first! It's a boy.

Cowgirls!

Well guess what Papa & Nana got for Naomi & Ava? Naomi had called us a while back telling us that she wanted a cowboy hat.........like Papa Tex's. But of course in her favorite color - - - PINK!

Ava is now 1 1/2 years old. Naomi is almost 3 1/2.

The next best thing to playing in the playhouse...........is playing in Papa's Tex' boat.

The first ones to play in the playhouse was Naomi, Ava, Liam and Holly. Tex still needs to finish the inside and we also have some painting to do. What FUN!!

Tex has continued to work on the playhouse. We knew the girls were coming for a visit the last weekend in February. It is not totally complete.........but enough so that they could play in it. I have to say I think we have had as much fun working on it as the grandkids will have playing in it.

We have talked about building this playhouse/storage room for a long time. We finally decided we had better get going on it as everyone seems to be growing up. So here is Tex starting the project.
