We had an absolutely wonderful visit with Jake (Tex calls him Tacky) and his wife Karen in Hickory, North Carolina.

Evie turn 4 years old
It has become a tradition that when you turn 4 years old.....Papa Tex takes you out to get a new outfit..........a new cowboy outfit. Here is Evie with her new cowboy (girl) outfit. We took her out for dinner at Red Robin. She was so excited that they knew to sing happy birthday to her.
Cabin at Hume Lake
The men from our church and our family helped get the cabin re-roofed. It looks like a new cabin. Amazing what a little love can do! Praise God!
