It has become a tradition that when you turn 4 years old.....Papa Tex takes you out to get a new outfit..........a new cowboy outfit. Here is Evie with her new cowboy (girl) outfit. We took her out for dinner at Red Robin. She was so excited that they knew to sing happy birthday to her.
